Ingredients:
Turnips cut into thin wedges
Butter
1 tsp white or brown miso
Splash of water
Method:
Fry turnips in butter for 5 minutes.
Add miso + splash of water, lid on, steam until soft.
Remove lid and let glaze slightly.
Serve and Enjoy!
