Wild Farm uses an open-basket system, so there’s no checkout button to press.
First, create an account and enter your postcode. If we deliver to your area, you’ll be assigned a delivery day. Securely connect a payment card, then add your veg box and any extras to your basket.
You can make as many changes as you like before your weekly order deadline. When the deadline arrives, anything in your basket is automatically confirmed as your next order, and your connected card is charged.
If you have a weekly or fortnightly subscription, your regular items will automatically appear in the relevant week’s basket. You can edit your order, skip a delivery or pause your subscription before the deadline.
Your order deadline is 5pm, two days before your delivery day:
Wednesday delivery: Monday at 5pm
Thursday delivery: Tuesday at 5pm
Friday delivery: Wednesday at 5pm
Please make any changes to your basket before then. This helps us plan our harvests, place accurate orders and keep food waste to a minimum. It also gives our bakery time to bake your bread fresh for your order.
We publish the following week’s box contents every Friday. You can view them on your veg box’s product page in the shop and make swaps from Saturday until your order deadline.
You can swap up to three items, choosing from the alternatives available that week. We work closely with the farm to choose what’s freshest and ready to harvest, so we’re unable to confirm box contents further in advance.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate your swaps, but they aren’t guaranteed, as availability can change with the weather and harvest.
Yes! You can add up to fruit and veg to your exclusions list in the Likes and Dislikes section of your account.
We’ll always do our best to honour your exclusions, but we can’t guarantee them, as suitable alternatives may be limited.
Yes, you can update your payment details at any time by visiting the Payment Details section in your account settings. All payments are taken at 5pm two days before your scheduled delivery. Please make sure your payment details are kept up to date as deliveries will not be made if we are unable to process a valid payment.
Yes! Simply log in to your account and use the calendar to schedule your holiday. Your regular box deliveries will automatically pause for those dates and resume when you’re back.
Please add your holiday dates before the order deadline for your first affected delivery.
Not at all! Simply let us know a safe place where your driver can leave your box. If you live in a house, a large sturdy plastic box with a lid left outside your door works well to protect your produce from the elements. Make sure it is big enough for the whole box as we are unable to unpack orders. In warmer months, consider using a chill bag or insulated box for any delicate or chilled items.
We deliver across the week and will let you know your designated delivery day when you sign up. Deliveries are organised by area to keep things efficient and reduce unnecessary emissions, so we are unfortunately unable to change delivery days in most cases.
We are unable to provide estimated delivery times as these vary depending on route and conditions. We recommend arranging a safe place for your box to be left rather than waiting in, so your delivery day stays hassle free whatever time we arrive.
A small delivery fee applies to orders under £10. Delivery is free on orders of £10 or more.
No, our farm is not currently open to the public, so we’re unable to offer collections directly from the farm.
However, we partner with local cafés and restaurants that may be able to serve as collection points. If you live outside our delivery area, email [email protected] and we’ll see whether a convenient collection point can be arranged for you.
We are sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with our team by email, ideally within 24 hours of your delivery arriving, and let us know what the issue is so we can look into it and make it right.
