Breakfast Rainbow Chard.

Rainbow chard is a multicoloured vegetable related to beetroots. Named 'rainbow', it has colourful stems in shades of pink, orange, red and yellow with dark green leaves packed full of vitamins A, C, and K. the leaves taste earthy, similar to spinach, and the stems are milder but crispy.

Chard is cooked in many ways, but for us, we believe it is best eaten on toast with our farm eggs.

Pumpkin Soup

Hearty Butternut Squash, Pearl Barley, & Herb Stew.

Butternut squash is packed with natural sweetness and vibrant colour, rich in vitamin A, fibre, and antioxidants that help support healthy skin and immunity through the colder months. Slow roasting brings out its nutty, caramelised flavour.

Pearl barley, one of Britain’s oldest grains, adds a comforting chew and subtle earthiness to stews. It’s naturally high in fibre and minerals like selenium and magnesium. Together, pearly barley and butternut squash make a wholesome, nourishing meal that celebrates the best of the British harvest.
